You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Romuleacove to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms. You agree that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity.

Romuleacove reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Romuleacove’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
